This property is exceptionally well positioned with stunning views.

Upon arrival, our family room was not ready despite confirming weeks prior. The floors were filthy and the bathroom had a foul smell. We had issues with the telephone and upon close inspection, the room was not properly cleaned. There were also problems with the elevator and the heating was non-functional, leaving us in cold discomfort throughout the night.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the delicious breakfast coffee was a highlight of my stay and the swimming pool area provided a nice way to unwind after exploring the surrounding attractions.

Just an ideal choice for a fleeting stay in Mossel Bay with reasonable value. The view from my room was just unbelievable and got my day off to a great start. Make sure to keep an eye on the elevator since it seems to have issues regularly.

Had a fab time! The 5th-floor double room had an epic balcony with sea views. Colleen and the crew were super friendly at check-in. Brekkie was a feast with loads of choices. One thing tho, the WiFi could be better. But honestly, with that view, who’s complaining?

Breakfast offered a variety that catered well to vegetarian options. the dining experience was marred by an incorrect meal service, with dry steaks that fell short of expectations. the promised amenities were poorly managed, leading to frustrations regarding reservations and availability during our stay.

The foghorn from the nearby lighthouse was quite bothersome during our stay.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers Wi-Fi in rooms, a swimming pool, and a wonderful restaurant. On my first stay, the staff helped me with evening plans. I highly recommend checking out the spa services! I'm definitely coming back for a city break.
